Inspired by those traditions, Phil Sandoval and Eduardo Cabanillas created Lola’s Cocina — a place where every dish tells a story. After years of working together, they wanted to build something new: a tribute to the authentic flavors and vibrant spirit of the family kitchens they grew up in. They honor the recipes that shaped their childhoods, crafting each plate with the same love and care that filled their homes.
